Work-related stress — a state of physical or emotional exhaustion that also involves a sense of reduced accomplishment and loss of personal identity can spill over and impact all aspects of your life and lead to a general state of disengagement and unhappiness.
Creating tools to manage stress and build resiliency give us an opportunity to understand the underlying issues while taking steps to improve our personal well-being. This enables us to gain clarity and then make the necessary changes. Sometimes it is a big change and sometimes it's just changing our relationship with our situation.

I offer a program that combines the wisdom I have gained as a healthcare practitioner, holistic nutrition coach, yoga and meditation teacher, a women and a mother. All of this enhanced by my training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Stress Management and Resiliency Training (SMART) and my journey through life working in the US and as a healthcare volunteer in Africa.
